Pricing
How much does Listing AutomatEr cost?
Listing AutomatEr is $199 a month, or $149 a month billed annually. Both plans include every feature, both start with a free trial, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
7 days free. Card required, not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime. No refunds.
How the free trial works
- 7 days free on either plan.
- A card is required to start. It is held during the trial and not charged.
- The first charge comes when the 7 days end, at the plan you picked, unless you cancel before then.
- Cancel anytime in the app or at listingautomater.com/account. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never billed.
- No refunds on charges already made, so cancelling stops future charges only.
- The free trial is once per person.
What is on each plan
Every feature is on both plans. The only difference is how you pay: annual is $149 a month, billed annually ($1,788/yr), and monthly is $199 a month, month to month, no commitment.
A subscription covers the desktop app for Mac and Windows, the Chrome extension, the scheduler, Style Lab, and the listing records the app draws from. There is no setup fee and no per listing fee. To keep your account healthy, the app posts up to 10 listings a day per account.
Offices and teams
Running an office or a team? Team plans are billed per seat. One person manages the seats and invites the agents, and seats can be added or removed later. Team pricing is set with you directly, so email info@listingautomater.com with your office name and how many agents. A new team starts with the same free trial.
Where it is live
The app is live in Arizona and Colorado, drawing on listing records we refresh ourselves. Agents in other states can request their state, and we can bring it live quickly. There is no separate plan per state and no surcharge for working more than one market. Coverage depth varies market by market and keeps growing, so if your area looks thin, say which market and it can be checked.
What you may actually post is decided by permission rather than by geography. You choose only the listings you have permission to market, and the rules that govern the wording of a post are set by your own state and your own brokerage.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel anytime, from Settings inside the desktop app or at listingautomater.com/account. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no penalty. Charges are final and refunds are not offered, so cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. The full text is on the refund policy page.
What the subscription does not include
It does not include permission. The app posts the listings you have permission to market to Facebook Marketplace, and it writes the attribution and the disclosure on every post: your name as the agent marketing the home, the brokerage that holds the listing credited as the listing brokerage, and the disclosure line. Getting the permission is your job, from your own brokerage under their rules, or in writing from the listing agent or the managing broker. The app does not obtain that permission and cannot make a post compliant for you.
Common questions
What if my brokerage does not allow this?
That is your call, made with your brokerage's rules in hand. The app posts only the listings you choose, and getting permission is your job: from your own brokerage under their rules, or in writing from the listing agent or the managing broker for another brokerage's listing.
Whose name is on the post?
Yours, as the agent marketing the home. The brokerage that holds the listing is credited as the listing brokerage, and a disclosure line says you are marketing it on that brokerage's behalf. Whether that fits your rules is a question for your broker.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly is month to month. Annual is billed once a year. You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee, and keep access through the period you already paid for.
What if it does not work for me?
Try it free first, and cancel before the trial ends to pay nothing. After that, charges are final and refunds are not offered, so cancelling stops future charges only.
Is my state covered?
The app is live in Arizona and Colorado today. Other states can be requested by email, and there is no extra charge for working more than one market.
What does the price cover?
Everything: the Mac and Windows app, the Chrome extension, the scheduler, Style Lab and the listing records. One price, no setup fee, no per listing fee. More answers are on the FAQ page.
Prices on this page are read from the site's own pricing data rather than typed by hand, and the build refuses to publish them unless they match the checkout. Real estate advertising rules vary by state and your brokerage's rules are your own. Check both.
